The Canton Group believes that service providers should hold themselves accountable to their Clients, and that good service providers always take responsibility for their actions and performance. That's why The Canton Group provides its Clients with transparent project cost and progress reporting (we use Earned Value Management reporting), direct access to issue ticketing systems, and system monitoring performance reports. We are confident enough in our infrastructure and service reliability that we are more than happy to commit to Service Level Agreements (SLA) with financial penalties in the event that agreed-upon service levels are not met.
